“DoE Security Forces (SECFOR) is responsible for checkpoint operations and interior security of the Naramo Power Plant.” (MH:Plant_Security). SECFOR is the plant’s own guard force, distinct from the Stratocracy’s army. In the TCG it is the GUARD faction — first strike when blocking, stationed bonuses, Facility protection — in cobalt with a hi-vis accent, and its ranks are the Ranked ladder.

The Watchman’s kit line (“Weston SMG, M19, Ammo Box, Security Car”) is the rank-0 loadout verbatim; the Senior Guard’s “may authorize civilians” is the wiki’s note on that rank. INFERRED (TCG): GUARD as first strike, the “+1 HP while STATIONED” bonus (guarding circles), and the Squad Leader’s Facility protection.
